- Pour the bits of dairy chocolate into the bowl along with 75g of self raising flour and mix it with a SPOON until it looks like the image (ensure there is no flour on the bottom also)
- Pour the mixture into a foil container or 16 inches by 16 inches baking tin and use a spoon to get all the contents of the bowl into the container (Silicone spoons are the best for this)
- Put it in the oven for 35 mins on 190°C
- Take them out if the oven and let it rest for minimum 30 mins then you can cut it into 16 brownies and enjoy them!
Whisk together the butter and sugar until combined. Mix in the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Place the flour, cocoa, both the sugars, the butter, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add the chocolate and stir to combine.
