Add the Balinese Coconut Turmeric Marinade and rub into the chicken pieces. Nestle limes in and around the chicken, cut side up. Roast in the oven for an hour or until the chicken is cooked through. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat.

- If the chicken is not cooked when the liquid is simmer, add half glass of water until it's cooked
- After the chicken is cooked and the liquid is simmer, add the roasted coconut
- You will notice that the texture become thick after adding the grated coconut
- Cook for another 5mins and remove from the stove
