  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line three trays with baking parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. After, mix in the ingredients and knead until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Roll little balls of between your fingers and place them on the baking tray, slightly pressing them down. Be sure to leave some space between them.
