Marinated Olives is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look wonderful. Marinated Olives is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over olives and stir. Pour a third of the oil and vinegar mixture into each jar. In a large mixing bowl, combine bay leaves, rosemary, fennel, thyme, and white vinegar. Add olives, and toss until olives are coated.

  3. Take 1 good amount of olive oil, I used about 100 ml approximately

  5. Make ready Oregano, fresh would be better but I only had dried
  6. Take Garlic cloves, sliced
  7. Get Rosemary, fresh is better but I only had dried
  8. Get Chilli, I used birds eye

Heat a small dry pan over medium-high heat and, once hot, add the coriander and fennel seeds. Directions Put the olives in a shallow bowl, add the lemon strips and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Toss gently with your hands to combine. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, bay leaves and garlic in a small saucepan and heat just until warm over low heat.

Instructions to make Marinated Olives:
  1. Gently heat the olive oil over low heat, add all the ingredients expect for the olives. Do not let the garlic burn or brown.
  2. Allow to cool to warm or room temperature then mix in the olives and transfer to a jar. Cover with lid and store at room temperature.
  3. Note: I did not measure any of the ingredients out, I added to my taste, I did have to add a little bit more of everything when the olives were in the jar a day later as they were slightly bland for us.

Toss gently with your hands to combine. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, bay leaves and garlic in a small saucepan and heat just until warm over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon rind, thyme, rosemary and fennel seeds. These Marinated Olives are just like the ones at the restaurant, and are very easy to make. They are great to make in advance for parties or entertaining, because you can set them out as a hands-off hors d'oeurve.
