  2. Now heat pan and add batter make chila or thin dosa type structure and fold it.Now cut it into medium pieces with the help of knife.
  3. Take a mixer jar add 2 tbsp mustard seeds,4-6 garlic,2-3 green chilli,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chilli powder and make a fine paste of it.Now heat oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaf saute it than add onion and tomato saute it till it's golden colour.
  4. Now add Mustard seeds paste fry it for 2-3min.on medium flame.add 1cup of water mix it and boil it,then add chilla pieces and off the gas.It's done.Serve it hot with rice or roti.
