- Make a thin batter of gramflour with adding 1/2tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp turmeric powder,1tsp cumin powder,1/2tsp salt and 1 cup of water.
- Now heat pan and add batter make chila or thin dosa type structure and fold it.Now cut it into medium pieces with the help of knife.
- Take a mixer jar add 2 tbsp mustard seeds,4-6 garlic,2-3 green chilli,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chilli powder and make a fine paste of it.Now heat oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaf saute it than add onion and tomato saute it till it's golden colour.
- Now add Mustard seeds paste fry it for 2-3min.on medium flame.add 1cup of water mix it and boil it,then add chilla pieces and off the gas.It's done.Serve it hot with rice or roti.
