  5. Put lemon juice and serrano chiles in blender and add to cleaned and skinned shrimp in tray let these sit 10 minutes to cook with the lemon.
  6. Set up tray with cucumber first on the bottom cut onions down the middle and add rings to the plate add shrimp on top and cut avocado slices on top .
  7. Last pour the reamining sauce on top of all of these ingridients
