In a seperate large pan - this is what ul be serving in make the sauce - Heat 1/4 cup oil, 3 tbsp butter, braise 1 tsp garlic, add 1 tbsp tomato paste and one finely cubed tomato then add a tsp of hot chilli powder, 2 tsp paprika, 3 tbsp sujees peri peri masala, half tsp cayenne pepper, half tsp dry herbs, 2 tbsp ketchup, i had little jalapeno sauce used that up (2tbsp), 2 tbsp garlic, recipe said smoked paprika i didnt have any u can add if u find-
  4. A little salt to taste - let this cook till oil comes up like 5-7 mins. Then add in ur half cooked flash fried chicken - add 1/4 cup water and juice of a lemon.
