- Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
Add the onion and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for a minute, then add the red bell pepper. Continue stir-frying for another minute, adding a bit of rice wine or dry sherry, chicken broth or water if the vegetables start to dry out. Push the vegetables to the side and add the chicken.

- Marinate chicken with the ingredients given and make a thick batter like consistency so that each chicken is well coated.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chicken (add in batches) on medium flame till they are golden and crispy. Keep aside.

- Add the fried chicken and honey, toss then add the cornflour slurry finally mix everything and serve hot with fried rice.
Continue stir-frying for another minute, adding a bit of rice wine or dry sherry, chicken broth or water if the vegetables start to dry out. Push the vegetables to the side and add the chicken. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter with oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Using slotted spoon, transfer peppers to bowl.
