  1. Oil and flour (not count in the above ingredients) the cake pan. I use two 3.5inch cake pan in this recipe. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in double boiled.
  3. Add sugar and melted butter, stir it until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
  5. Add shifted cake flour and green tea / matcha powder into the mixture. Stir until powder is dissolved. Do not overmix it.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake the cake in 230°C for 9 to 10min.

It goes well with fresh fruits like strawberry and blueberry. However the lava is not as runny as expected.
