Add the fresh cream and let it cook until it absorbs the cream and ghee starts leaving the sides. Keep stirring at all times
  2. Add the condensed milk, almond powder and milk powder and mix well. Keep stirring until the ghee starts leaving sides. You will need lot of patience doing this. Add in cardamom, saffron, pistachios and colour if preferred. Mix all thoroughly and cook for a minute. Transfer in a greased tray and garnish with nuts of your choice.
