  3. Now we make sugar syrup firstly, 1.5 cup take sugar and 3 cup of water,boil the syrup for 10 minutes. - Now drop the prepared paneer balls in syrup and cover and boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Now we make rabri - heat a pan add milk and get to a boil till milk reduces to one-third after that add sugar and saffron milk. - give a good mix and get to boil.
  5. Now squeezed paneer balls and put in rahti. - garnish with few chopped nuts and allow to absorb for 2 hours.
