Steps to make Traditional Adhirasam Sweet:
  1. Wash raw rice and dry water completely. Once the rice is dried, grind it to a fine powder.
  2. Take jaggery and add it to the Kadai. Add water. Switch on the flame.
  3. Allow it to boil until jaggery reaches one string consistency.
  4. Once consistency reaches, switch off the flame. Allow cooling.
  5. Once it is cooled down. Heat oil in a Kadai. Now make medium size round by applying oil in a green leaf or in a cover.
  6. Once the oil is heated, put the round inside it. Cook until bubbles stop.
  7. Once it is ready, take it out by keeping one spatula up and down one spatula and press it, to remove oil from adhirasam.
