- Give rest to dough for sometime. Now take little oil and work on the dough for 1-2 mins. Take little portion of dough. And using rolling pin roll it to chappathi. Nor thick or thin. Using cutter cut it round puri. And using fork, prick the puri.
- Now keep the Puris to dry for sometime. Spread it in plate/ newspaper. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, drop the Puris, and fry in low flame till its crispy, and slightly color changed. Likewise repeat the above steps and complete the frying in batches.
- Farsi puri is ready to serve. Once cooled store it in air tight container.
