  2. Grind this with coconut to a fine paste with minimum water. Transfer to a bowl add salt to taste and 4tsp grated coconut and mix it well.
  3. Wash clean banana leaf as required size pieces and keep aside.
  4. Take ball of batter and spread it on the banana leaf with finger tips as round as possible and cover with another leaf.
  5. Take tawa or clay tawa. Once it's hot fry roti as usal. Once one side leaf turns dark brown flip roti and remove the burnt leaf fry other side few mins take off the leaf.
  6. Fry roti on low to medium flame until it's well cooked in between and sides slight crisp. Serve with chicken gravy or coconut chutney.
