Instructions to make Traditional Firni:
  1. Grind coarsely the rice.
  2. Heat milk and boil for 10 minutes till reduced to 1/3part.
  3. Add ground rice,stir contineously to avoid lumping.Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add khoya and sugar.Further cook for 2-3 minutes or to get the proper consistency.
  5. Add dry fruits(reserve some dry fruits for garnishing)
  6. Put off flame.Add kewra water.Mix.
  7. Dish out and garnish with dry fruits.Serve warm/chilled.
