- Grind coarsely the rice.
- Heat milk and boil for 10 minutes till reduced to 1/3part.
- Add ground rice,stir contineously to avoid lumping.Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add khoya and sugar.Further cook for 2-3 minutes or to get the proper consistency.
- Add dry fruits(reserve some dry fruits for garnishing)
- Put off flame.Add kewra water.Mix.
- Dish out and garnish with dry fruits.Serve warm/chilled.
