- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Prepare Pinch Hing
- Take 1 tsp ajwain
- Prepare 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Gatte Ki Sabji is a traditional dish from Rajasthan. These steamed gram-flour dumplings are cooked in a spicy gravy. This mouth-watering dish will complement any meal. Enjoy Gatte Ki sabji with roti or plain rice.
Instructions to make Traditional Bafla with Gatte ki Sabzi:
- Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients - wheat flour, corn flour, salt, soda and ghee together add water make a dough. Now divide the dough into small- small pieces and make the balls.
- Take a large pan with water and boil it.Add the ball into the boil water for 20 minutes. Now drain the water and Preheat the oven at 350 F for 5 minutes.Take a baking pan and grease with Butter or ghee. Keep all bafla and bake for 30- 35 minutes as a same temperature. All bafla come brown colour, take it out and crumble them add good amount of ghee.
- Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients - Besan salt, hing coriander leaves and ajwain, turmeric, curd, green chilli, red chilli powder and oil together add water make a smooth dough. Now the dough into small- small pieces and make cylindrical.
- Take a large pan with water and boil it add Besan barrels shaped dough and boil for 15 20 minutes. Drain off the pieces into the plate and cut into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat a large Kasai with oil add cumin seeds fennel seeds, hing, ginger garlic paste and saute well. Now add green chilli, salt and turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder Mix well for a minute. Now add water and boil it also add curd and stir continuously till 5 minutes. Add gatte and mix well. Boil it For 5 minutes and cover it for 10 minutes After 10 minutes turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves and serve with Bafla.

Add the oil and rub with the fingertips until it resembles fine bread crunbs. Add yogurt spoon by spoon and make a hard dough.
