If you prefer you can make this coffee with milk but traditionally it is made like this so wanted to post it the same way. Palm Jaggery is is natural and unrefined so sure a healthy alternate to sugar coffee. To begin making the Karupatti Coffee recipe, take all the ingredients mentioned for spice powder in a blender.

- Get 100 gm karupatti
- Take 3 cup water
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp sukku powder
- Make ready 1 pinch ginger
I have added instant coffee powder, you can make the same with filter coffee decoction too.
