  4. Cut into square shape.
  5. Butter soy sauce Mochi: melt butter in pan put Mochi on it and sprinkle soy sauce. Wrap with Nori seaweed sheet.
  6. This is my family favorite Mochi. It's even more delicious with cheese and ham.
