Wash and dry chicken breast, cut in half and add to the bowl, turning to coat with marinade on both sides. Then grill in a grill pan and keep aside. Grill without basting until chicken is cooked. In same skillet, pour in chicken broth, stirring up any brown bits.

Grill without basting until chicken is cooked. In same skillet, pour in chicken broth, stirring up any brown bits. Add half and half, continue stirring. Serve over chicken breasts with wild rice along side.
