  4. Take 1 tsp veggie seasoning

  6. Get Starch + 50ml water

  3. Fry salted egg with 2 tbsp of cooking oils, with low heat until the eggs is bubbling.
  4. Add in bitter gourd, and pinch of pepper, turn to high heat, stir fry for few seconds.
  5. Add 100ml of water, until steam appear, put in omelette, veggie seasoning, stir fry gently
  6. Add water to starch, mix well.
  7. Taste the food, add pinch of salt if needed, depends on how salty the salted eggs. Until the bitter gourd soften, add starch water, Stir fry gently until starch is cooked. Done

Slice as thin as possible, mainly all should be even in thickness,so that it gets cooked perfect. Mix rice,corn flours, turmeric, sambar powder,salt with the sliced bitter gourds. Make sure to thinly slice the bitter gourd to get the best crispy karela fry.
