  1. Take the milk and butter and put it in a sauce pan and put it on simmer to warm. (Do not overheat) when butter starts to melt take off heat.

  9. Remove from oven and cool down until you can touch the sides.
  10. Once it is cooled down put another pan on top. Firmly grip the sides and quickly flip.
