- Cook the rice tagliatelle for 3 minutes, remove from heat and drain halfway through cooking and set aside.We take a pan and put in it the shrimp peels and fish bones, a pinch of garlic, half a lemon and 1/4 tablespoon of ginger and salt and put on the fire for 15 minutes. When the sauce has reduced, remove it from the heat and set it aside.

- Serve the rice tagliatelle with king prawns and lemon slices and sprinkle with roasted peanuts and garnish with green chili and mint or coriander leaves.
