Steps to make Coffee Bun:
  1. Combine the water and milk and warm up slightly. Add yeast and dissolve it, set aside till bubbly.
  2. Place all items for the dough in the stand mixer bowl, pour in the yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes. Cover the dough and Set aside to rise (doubled in size)
  3. Knock back risen dough and divide into 6 balls and flatten slightly and place in a cube of butter into each buns, cover up and roll back into balls. Set aside to rise.
  4. Dissolve the instant coffee with a teaspoon of water. Place all the topping item in the mixer bowl and whisk till creamy pipeable consistency.
  5. Pipe topping in circular motion on top of the risen buns. Bake in the oven at 175 Celsius for about 20 minutes.
