The ingredients needed to make Garlic Dosai:
  1. Get 10-15 cloves Garlic
  2. Get 1 Big sized Tomato
  3. Take 1 big sized Onion
  4. Take 2 tablespoons oil
  5. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 th tsp Mustard seeds
  7. Take 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/4 th tsp Coriander Powder
  9. Get 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala(optional)
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp. salt
  11. Prepare 2 dried red chllies
  12. Get As Required water

Masala is a blend of spices that is the star of many South Asian cuisines and is typically a combination of garlic, chilli paste, tomato, onions, and ginger. Dosa is similar to a crepe. பூண்டு தோசை செய்முறை. Garlic is most commonly used for conditions related to the heart and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, high levels of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood.

Steps to make Garlic Dosai:
  1. Cut the onion and tomato into pieces. It's not a problem even if it's uneven since we are going to blend it.
  2. Heat the pan with oil and maintain medium flame in your stove.
  3. Add Mustard seeds in it. Once they are fried(toasted), add onions to it. Give it a stir and wait a two mins. Add dried chillies to it.
  4. Now its time to add tomatoes and stir it well. Wait until it gets mushy. Add Garlic cloves to it.Add the spices now(Turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder). Finally add the salt and mix it well.
  5. Turn off the stove and cool the mixture. Once the heat is released, put the mixture in a blender and blend it coarsely.
  6. Take dosa tawa.aAter pouring oil above the dosa, apply one tspn of the paste on dosa and wait for the dosa to turn into a slight brown colour.
  7. Serve the dosa with coconut Chutney. Happy cooking :)

Grind this into a smooth batter adding sufficient water. Roast redchillies till deep red and cool down,peel the garlic pods. Give a roast the coconut if it is too tender (milky) I dint do as mine was old coconut.
