  1. Wash and clean mushrooms, take a deep pan put it on a medium flame. Add butter and 1tbsp oil to the pan.

  3. Now close the lid and let it cook on a low flame until mushrooms get tender(it took jus 10 minutes for me).
  4. Now open the lid, add chili powder, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, give everything a good mix. Lastly add coriander chopped.
  5. Now your delicious easy garlic mushrooms are ready to serve.

Drizzle mushrooms with melted butter, then season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and thyme, then season generously with salt and pepper. This mushroom garlic side is a dish you can't go wrong with. I use shiitake in this recipe, but any variety will do.
