- Wash and dry the okras. Slit them in length ways.
- Peel and slice the onions. Heat up the oil. Add cumin seeds. Cook until brown, add garlic and onions. Sauté them.
- Add ginger. Cook it for 2 mins on low heat. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Cook it for further 10 mins until it becomes to a paste. Add 2 tbsp water and stir.
- Add okras and stir well until coated. Cook it until okras becomes soft and little crunchy.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve it with rotis.
