  14. Prepare Rice long thin grain(e.g. akash)brand soaked 5 -10 mins
  15. Take Black pepper,Black seeds
  16. Make ready Potato cubed
  17. Get Garnish of bell peppers and red onions

Directions: In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium-high heat; cook rice and onions, stirring until rice is golden and onion is soft. Stir in pepper, dill and water. Bring to a boil and cover. Rice is considered rice pilaf when it's been toasted and cooked in aromatics (like the onion and carrot) and then cooked in a seasoned broth.
