Garlic Chutney also called Lehsun ki Chutney, Lasun ki Chutney or Lasan ki Chatni, is a fiery red accompaniment that is a must in Rajasthani Thali Meals. Combine the grated garlic, cayenne pepper (lal mirch powder), salt and oil in a small bowl and mix well. - Take a pan and dry roast cumin seeds.
- Take a mixer jar put garlic, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and salt to taste.
- Make a coarse paste(rough texture) of all the ingredients.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Add the garlic paste and fry for 4-5minutes on low flame.
- Garlic chutney is ready to be served.
Combine the grated garlic, cayenne pepper (lal mirch powder), salt and oil in a small bowl and mix well. Make Rajasthani Lehsun Ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney): Add the garlic cloves, dried red chili, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and water to a blender jar. Blend to make a smooth paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Drain them, add it to a blender, along with garlic, tamarind, salt.
