  1. In a big mixing bowl add sugar, yeast, warm water and warm milk mix them well and keep aside for 15-20min.
  2. Now I a large plate take all-purpose flour and make a dent in centre add salt and activated yeast.
  3. Mix it properly and make a soft dough
  4. Add butter and knead it for another 10min.
  5. Divide the dough in 3parts. Two same praportion and one slightly larger.
  6. Tint the red colour watermelon juice and choco chips in large portion and mix well keep it in greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.keep aside
  7. Add light green colour in one portion and mix well and cover it also with plastic wrap
  8. Keep the last portion white and cover it also with plastic wrap.
  9. Keep all three dough ffor fermentation for 1hour.
  10. After 1 hour take out the dough punch it and mix well once again.
  11. Now make watermelon roll the white dough and cover the red dough with white dough.
  12. Now roll. Green dough and cover white part.
  13. Keep aside for 10min to set ball.
  14. In a small bowl take 1tsp milk add dark green colour and brush it over the ball to give it watermelon texture.
  15. Keep the melon over greased baking tray.keep aside for 15min
  16. Till it rise preheat the oven on 350 degree Celsius after 15mins bake the bread for 35-40mins.
  17. As done take it out grease it with butter.
  18. Cut it and enjoy!it
