  6. When mix starts to bubble, pour into tray and smooth top with a knife.
  7. Cook in a medium to hot oven for about 30-40 minutes until firm to the touch
  8. Leave it the tin for about 5 minutes, cut into bite size pieces. Leave to cool completely. When cool, scoop out and enjoy!!
