Steps to make Gobi Masala:
  1. Add the oil to a saucepan and add in the onions. Stir to coat in the oil and fry over a medium heat for several minutes until the just begin to lightly brown and soften. Add in the cumin and stir through. Fry for a few seconds then add in the cauliflower florets. Stir gently.
  2. Add in all the remaining spices and the salt. Add the garlic too. Stir to combine and fry off the spices for a few seconds until fragrant. Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer. Place over a lid. Simmer, stirring occasionally until the water has completely reduced down and the cauliflower is nice and tender. Serve up and enjoy. :)
