  1. Make ready 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Besan
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup rice flour
  4. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Get 1 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 tsp crushed garlic powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get Salt as per taste
  9. Take As needed Oil/ghee for making paratha
  10. Get As needed Water to knead dough

Serve them hot… if you prefer lightly crisp. They tend become soft after sometime but will still taste good. How to make Garlic (Lehsun) Paratha Combine the maida, water, ghee, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Knead again to a chapati dough consistency.

Steps to make Garlic paratha:
  1. Take all the above ingriedients leaving water and oil or ghee for making parathas in a bowl.
  2. Mix it properly and knead a medium tight dough. Cover the dough and leaves it to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Now take a small dough ball and roll it like a roti and spread ghee on it. Sprinkle dry flour over roti.
  4. Now take one side of roti and flip it to other side. Do the the same for opposite side. Repeat the same method and make a square shape as shown in picture.
  5. Now roll it again and cook it on medium flame by spreading ghee on both the sides.
  6. Serve it with chutney or dahi.

How to make Garlic (Lehsun) Paratha Combine the maida, water, ghee, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Knead again to a chapati dough consistency. Now press the paratha gently with the hand. Cook the paratha till brown spots appears on both the sides. You can also make this egg parantha.
