- Take Parle-g biscuits break them into pieces. Grind in a grinder and make powder. In a big bowl, sieve biscuits powder, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda. Now add melted butter, Lukewarm milk, vanila assence and mix them all. Beat them all together for a while and make thick batter.
- Dust two moulds and Pour batter in both the moulds. One should be filled upto half and other is filled 1/4. Tap twice to expel extra air from it. They should be small in side so both can put together in microwave oven. Place them in pre heated oven in 180 for 20 minutes.
- Take them out and let them cool for at least 10 minutes. Unmould them. Cut them from upper surface to make even. And cut round one in two parts horizontally.
- For chocolate ganache:Melt dark chocolate in double boiler. Heat whipping cream upto start bubbling. Then turn off the stove. Add melted chocolate and mix well. You can simply use whipped cream too. In a small bowl take two tsp ganache add little water and make chocolate syrup.
- Place cake on cake board and apply little chocolate syrup. Then spread ganache fully over it. Place the cake and do the same for both. Apply all over and make it even with spatula.
- Apply sprinkle on different levels. Place parle biscuits on sides around. Garnish with cherries above. Keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.Enjoy.
