In a blender add watermelon seeds and grind into powder. Do not over grind it as the powder will release oil which will make the powder crumbly. Mouthwatering watermelon flavored burfee or fudge!!! Divide roasted cashew powder in two parts, one part (Red Part) slightly more then other.

- Cook water melon in wok till it's water Dries.
- Now add khoya and cook.
- When it becomes thick add dessicated coconut and cardamom powder.
- Cook till it mix well.
- Now transfer this to muffin mould and cool it.
- After cooling de mould and garnish with dry fruits.
I thought of making kaju watermelon, strawberry, apple & lotus. Finally i ended up making watermelon and apple. I will soon share apple in a separate post. I used black sesame seeds for the watermelon seeds and they looked perfect when i cut into it. Once you make the basic cashew dough then you can shape it any way you like.
