  3. First take water in the bawl,except asafoidia,mashed potatoes,chopped onion,add all the spices and lemon,and made first lemon water.
  4. Add salty bundi.
  5. Separate 2 cups water from it and add asafoidia hing in it.
  6. Take sukhi puris,made hole in the center,serve with both lemon water,hing water,mashed potatoes and chopped onion.

Serve one filled puri dipped in the hing pani, the second puri dipped in the jeera pani, the third puri dipped in the khajur imli pani, the fourth puri dipped in the limca phudina pani and the fifth dipped in the kewra pani.
