Steps to make Jessica's Pavlova:
- Whip the egg white to stiff peaks slowly adding the sugar a spoonful at a time.

- Line a baking tray with non stick paper.

- Bake at 150 degrees for an hour. (Check to make sure it doesn't catch.
- Whip cream and pile onto cool cooked meringue.
- Top with a variety of fruits of your choice.
- Serve!
