- Make a batter of 4 spn milk and 1 spn corn flour.
- Heat 1 cup of room temperature milk and bring it to a boli
- Add the milk corn flour batter to boiled milk and turn of the gas and let it get cool in room temperature.
- Take 1 cup cream and whip the cream with the help of hand blender.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Add milk batter to the cream after the milk gets cool (step no 3)
- Mix the cream and milk batter well.
- Then transfer the batter in the air tight container
- Put the box in refregeter for 4 hours.
- Ready to serve Garnish with chopped dark chocolate,cherry and chocolate shyrup.(optional).
