Instructions to make Paan Ice cream:
- Boil milk. Bring one boil add sugar and dilute corn flour and GMS powder in 1/2cup normal milk and add in a milk. Boil 7-8min.on slow flame. Stir cont. Turn off flame. Leave it to cool completely on room temp.
- Transfer in air tight container and keep in a freezer for 10-12hrs. Ice cream base is ready.
- Now Take in a big vessel. Add gulkand 1/2tsp green colour and milk powder and beat with electric beater. Now add sweet paan without beetle leaf and beat again for a min.. Chop and Churn beetle leaves in a mixie jar without water and add in a ice cream base mixture now beat for 5-6min. Lastly add 1/2tsp.colour and beat again. For2-3min. Paan mixture is ready.Transfer in air tight container. Sprinkle some trutti frutti.
- Set in a freezer for 12-15 hrs. After 12-15hrs. Scoop and serve Garnish with cherry and sweet paan. Delicious Paan ice cream is ready to serve.
