Steps to make Roasted Malai Seviyan:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add hand made saviya and roast on low flame till then light golden brown, it takes 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Now add water or milk as your choice and stirr and mix very well, stirr regularly and cook on medium flame.
  3. Now add malai and cook for 3 minute.
  4. When mixture will start thick and seviya absorbed all water then add sugar, cook for another 5 minutes and switch off gas.
  5. Serve hot in a plate, Garnish with some chopped almonds and cherry.
  6. Now add chopped dry fruits of your choice.
