Make Rajasthani Lehsun Ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney): Add the garlic cloves, dried red chili, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and water to a blender jar. Blend to make a smooth paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Drain them, add it to a blender, along with garlic, tamarind, salt.
