- Then add oinon chopped,stir for few minutes, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add tomatoes in it and cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes and the flame is low.
- Add chicken pieces along with all dry spices and mix well and again cover it.
- Check it after 5 minutes. you will find water in it. don't add water chicken will become tender in this water.
- Water will dry and you can see oil in it, chicken and curry with fry in this oil.
- In the end add Garam Masala Powder, cumin seeds, green chilli, green coriander leaves and ginger sticks.
- Cover the pan for 2 minutes and remove it from flame.
- Serve hot with Rogani naan or roti. I serve Rogani naan.
