- Cover the dough with polythen paper…for me I left 15min….this allows the yeast work well and becoming soft
- Dived into small bolls which you will roll cut into 4peaces.
- Dip fry the mahamri after heating your oil to aboiling point…turn when golden brown
- Serve with tea.. if in Mombasa….mbaazi ya nazi vipi😉
