  4. Now take out all things from the freezer and fill the cavity with cream lemon-ginger mixture. Garnish with lemon zest and ginger chips. Again put in a freezer for 2-3 hours.
  5. Now remove the plastic and serve on a plate. Garnish with sugar powder and mint leaves. It's ready to serve.

Top off with remaining water and stir. Measure one cup of the lemon segments and juices (removing any seeds) and add it to the pot with the lemon zest along with the fresh ginger and the butter.
