  1. Prepare 2 Cups Milk
  2. Get 2 tbsp Milk powder
  3. Prepare 100 gm Mawa -Khoya
  4. Make ready 3/4 Cup Crushed Sugar
  5. Make ready 15-20 Fresh Mint Leaves
  6. Get 2 tbsp Mint leaves Juice

  2. Heat milk in a pan and add crushed mawa and diluted milk powder. Mix well.
  3. Keep the gas in low flame and cook for 15 minutes while stirring continuously. Add sugar to it.
  4. Put off the gas now and let it be cool down. - Add the above mixture in a blender with mint leaves and blend it well.
  5. Pour it in Kulfi moulds.Add Mint Leaves Juice in between for nice colour.Refrigerate for 5 to 7 hours.
  6. Yummy and chilled Mint Kulfis are ready to serve. Serve by garnishing with fresh mint leaves.

Mint, left to its own devices, will spread quickly and become a nuisance. However, it is very useful as a flavorful culinary herb and the plants can certainly be grown without much care. Just try to choose a spot where you will not. Mint plants need rich and well-drained soil to thrive. Fill the lower third of the pot with compost and potting soil.
