Steps to make Mint Rice:
  1. Soak rice in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Make paste of mint, green coriander, green chilli, ginger and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in pan. Add jeera and all whole spice in oil. Add cashew nuts.
  4. Now Add onion and saute it till turns light brown. Add green peas.
  5. Add paste. Fry masala till oil saprat from masala.
  6. Drain excess water from soaked rice and add into the cooked mixture.
  7. Add 1 and 1/2 cups water and salt. Cover it and Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  8. Mint rice is ready to serve.
