Steps to make Mint Rice:
- Add all the green vegetables into mixer jar and make a fine smooth puree of it.
- Heat ghee into pan add cumin seeds let's splutters them then add dry red chilli, bay leaf, papercorn, green cardamom, cinemon stick.saute for few seconds. Than add onion and saute
- Add cashew nuts and fry till it's light golden colour. Than add mint puree into the pan and fry till it's release their oil.
- Now add cooked rice, mix well add salt and lemon juice.fry for 1-2 min.
- Make a good mix. Now it's done garnish with some fried cashews and fresh mint leaves. Serve it hot.
