This simple and easy mint pulao has mint leaves as one of the main ingredients. Bring the broth or water, butter, and salt to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat.

Steps to make Mint Rice:
  1. Add all the green vegetables into mixer jar and make a fine smooth puree of it.
  2. Heat ghee into pan add cumin seeds let's splutters them then add dry red chilli, bay leaf, papercorn, green cardamom, cinemon stick.saute for few seconds. Than add onion and saute
  3. Add cashew nuts and fry till it's light golden colour. Than add mint puree into the pan and fry till it's release their oil.
  4. Now add cooked rice, mix well add salt and lemon juice.fry for 1-2 min.
  5. Make a good mix. Now it's done garnish with some fried cashews and fresh mint leaves. Serve it hot.
